Chef Brandon Brandon Collins, Maille mustard sommelier, and Nicholas Leiss, founder of Farms2Chef’s Table, hike the grounds around Mount Beacon, led by Hudson Valley forager James O’Neil. Together they serve up an amazing "wild to fire" meal out in the woods, enhanced with Maille mustards. 


Austin and his production partner, Yusuke Sato, teamed up with TDT Digital Agency and Maille Mustard for this Hudson Valley short documentary series, exploring the wild edibles of upstate New York and their complementary relationship with Maille mustards.
