Austin Tsung Fu Chang is a filmmaker based in New York City. He holds a BFA in Cinematography from the School of Visual Arts. It is his goal to connect people across cultural divides through the powerful visual medium that is cinema. Raised by a mother of Armenian and Anglo-Saxon descent who grew up on rural Staten Island and a Chinese father who immigrated as a teenager to the Bronx from Taiwan, Austin is always reaching for the universal values and themes that can unite us. He has been deeply affected and inspired by the visual work of Harris Savides, Edward Yang, and Krzysztof Kieslowski.

Austin’s first feature film, "The Riverside Bench" is currently in the film festival circuit. He is writing his next feature screenplay and developing a documentary series.
